Our apartment of 4 is located on the upper floor and consists of kitchen-living room, double bedroom plus a pull-out sofa bed, as well as a modern bathroom, so ideal for couples or smaller families. For the hot summer days and cooler nights, it is possible to temper the rooms with air conditioning to the feel-good temperature. The space Our villa was built in the 19th century and since then has been extended and renovated again and again and in recent years completely revised to meet today's standard. In addition to a cozy sitting area on the ground floor, the front and staircase offers an upstairs gallery. Here you can retreat and devour undisturbed books. The garden invites you to linger either with a glass of wine or cozy while grilling. Here you are simply undisturbed by reading the book, soaking up the sun, washing raspberries or just enjoying nature. Right in front of the property is the bus stop and if necessary, the annex offers enough space for motorcycles and bicycles. Plenty of parking is provided next to or directly on the property. Sockets are available to recharge your e-bikes for the next tour. For meals, you don't have to worry here. Just a few steps away is the well-known and recommended inn Hammerschmiede. In addition to the lunch and evening kitchen, you can also relax here at breakfast. The essentials, such as fresh pastries, drinks, etc., are provided by a Greißler in our city. Another catering facility is offered by the inn at the Thayabrücke, which has a special charm due to its location directly by the river.
