The apartment attic with a capacity of up to 6 people offers ideal conditions for a quiet holiday in a picturesque village on the line between Jindřichův Hradec and Třeboň. The conditions are ideal not only for cyclists, but also for pedestrians and especially for families with children, who can freely use the playground in the fenced part of the complex. Other amenities include a sauna, a hot tub and a newly fully equipped summer kitchen with seating and a barbecue. The space Accommodation in Dvorce guarantees complete peace and privacy. The main house is separated from the apartment by a garage, the entrance and parking are shared. Guests have access to a sauna, playground, barbecue, outdoor seating and a new fully equipped summer kitchen with seating, TV and bluetooth sound system. Guest access Guests have access to both gardens, a shared garage and a new lounge where they can sit and barbecue, especially when it's not nice outside. Other things to note We have a dog and a cat :) The dog stays in the kennel, does not move freely around the garden, not because it is dangerous, but because it likes to run away. The cat will beg you for food, otherwise it's harmless. We now have an outdoor hot tub. We fill it for an extra fee by personal agreement.
