House at Mount Rigi

There is a train every hour in every direction. In 5 minutes you are in the village for shopping or the pier, in 25 minutes you are on the Rigi. The Rigi is excellent for hiking for all demands. You can also just go up by train and look down. Or enjoy the view directly from the house. The house is comfortably furnished, it has a new fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bath tub, a dining and living room with a large table and fireplace. The two bedrooms offer a retreat for a family. All the baby gear is available. There is the terrace and a seat in the garden as well as the whole garden available. Due to the car-free location, the area is very quiet. The house is environmentally friendly heated with a heat pump and has new insulating windows. Guest access The complete 3 1/2 room house including garden, patio and terrace. Parking need to be paid at the machine, In case you need train tickets I can sell them on a reduced price. Other things to note The house is only accessed by cog railway from Vitznau (5min, 50% discount by booking) or by a hiking trail. It's not accessible by car. Anyhow, it is about 40 meters to walk to get to the house. The cog railway runs about 1x per hour, in Vitznau is parking & a supermarket directly at the station. It is very calm place, therefore you have to be quite outside after 10pm and respect residents and their private property. Sometimes someone to prepare the house stays in the completely separate apartment in the basement. The house can only be reached by the Rigibahn. There are about 40 meters on foot. You can shop and park in the village. The house is located in the nature of an agricultural zone surrounded by agricultural land. Insects are inevitable in the countryside, especially in summer. Some windows have fly screens to keep the insects outside.
