The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation. -Booking Requirements- One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. The space We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in. - Important - This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties, young single sex groups or parties. **Please note that we do not accept joint/extended party bookings with Edinburgh Castle Suite and Castle View Apartment and we reserve the right to cancel these with immediate effect. Please be considerate to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm to 8am. 4. Please take care of your keys & return all sets provided. If a set is lost or not returned, for security purposes we will need to replace all the locks. A charge of £150 might be charged to your damage deposit for any lost set of keys or unreturned keys. 5. Strictly no parties, or stag or hen dos. 6. No pets allowed.
