EPITÁCIO PESSOA AND RIO BRANCO, PRAIA DE TAMBAÚ AND CABO BRANCO, RESPECTIVELY) WITH 3 BEDROOMS (1 SUITE), THE HOUSE HAS A TOTAL OF 8 NETWORK POINTS BEING THE BALCONY WITH 2 NETWORK POINTS, GARDEN WITH A BEAUTIFUL PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The space HOUSE: Well ventilated balcony with 2 hammocks, with a garden at the entrance, car parking, a portable barbecue and table with chairs for optional outdoor dining with a beautiful view of the neighborhood skyline. ROOM: Large well ventilated with 2 large windows, with LCD TV, retractable sofa, hammock, desk for notebook, 1 40cm column fan, rocking chair. SOCIAL BATHROOM: With electric shower, hygienic shower, large mirror. KITCHEN: It is very well equipped for a good stay of our guests, it has a microwave oven, blender, sandwich maker, 4 burner stove/oven, duplex refrigerator, gel water and table with 4 chairs, in addition to all the use materials, glasses, pressure cookware, couscous, tapioca pot, etc. 2 BEDROOMS AND 1 SUITE: Two bedrooms can be combined with a closet between them, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, mirror, 1 split air conditioning that serves the two bedrooms, 2 optional fans and 1 closet closet and iron with ironing table. The suite has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, mirror, air conditioning 9000 btus and the bathroom with electric shower with hygienic shower and large sink with mirror, in addition to having 4 additional mattresses to serve a total of 12 people in the house.
