Romantic Chalet a/d Maas, with enclosed backyard

The Chalet is located near the port of Wanssum. At a smaller distance from De Maasduinen National Park. The garden house has 40 m2 surface, with 2 x 1 pp 90x200 beds and scaffolding sofa bed 120x200, a pellet stove, air conditioning, kitchen with built-in oven, induction and refrigerator. A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix. The space Next to the chalet is the bathroom with a walk-in shower with massage jets, which is only used for the guests in the chalet. Chalet is one large room, sleeping area, kitchen and sitting area. At the back of the chalet is a covered terrace of 20 m2 with 2 relax chairs and 4 garden chairs. There is a toilet under the roof. There you look at a large enclosed landscaped garden. The pond is in front of the chalet. In summer, near the large sliding doors, the Koi almost swim into the chalet, where you can pet them, feed them and, if necessary,... hang with your legs in the water. A nice place to relax. The house is heated by air conditioning or pellet stove. Fill the stove's reservoir with granules yourself. There is no underfloor heating in the chalet, but there is in the bathroom. Other things to note There is a Senseo coffee machine available, coffee and tea are included. Pizzarette, table grill, gourmet set and toaster. Dishwashing liquid, towel and tea towel are provided. PLEASE indicate in advance whether you prefer cotton or flannel bedding. The double bed is made up as standard, we provide bed linen for the sofa bed, which must be made up yourself. On Sundays check-in is from 3 p.m. And check out at 1:00 PM. Please call 8 hours in advance or preferably text before arrival to switch on the heating. And there is a pellet stove, air conditioning, spacious kitchen, hot and cold water. The supermarket is within walking distance as well as a cafeteria, bakery and café. During Christmas and New Year the chalet can only be booked for 2 nights or more.
