The interior of the house is very bright and will allow you to cozy up thanks to a beautiful fireplace (wood not provided) It is ideal for recharging and gathering for families or with friends. You can enjoy an American ranch style games room with professional billiards, darts and board games, Bar, Screen... In the play room, 2 2 seater sofa beds are at your disposal. Upstairs, the villa has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Each room is equipped with a flat screen (except the suite). Parking outside of the property is prohibited. No smoking inside the house is allowed. Ashtrays are available in the garden and on the terrace. No pets allowed. Festive events are not allowed. Respect for neighbors is paramount. COMPLETE SILENCE AT 10PM - The villa is located in a very quiet hamlet. Crushing, horn, or excessive noise not tolerated. The number of guests must be the number of people in the listing during the day and night. The number of guests will be verified by an automated metering system and surveillance cameras located outside the Villa. We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if any of these requirements are not met.
