The space Our house has been carefully renovated to meet your comfort criteria. The interior of the house is very bright and will allow you to cocoon yourself thanks to a magnificent fireplace (wood not provided) It is ideal for relaxing and meeting with family or friends. You can enjoy an American ranch style games room with professional billiards, darts and board games, Bar, Screen... Upstairs, the villa has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Each room is equipped with a flat screen (except the suite). The rooms, fully restored, promise you beautiful and sweet nights. 4 single mattresses, comfortable, can also be installed at your convenience. A common area upstairs allows you to take a reading break and has a 2-seater sofa bed. We strictly limit the number of people sleeping on site to 15. The number of guests present on site and staying overnight must be indicated. The villa has a shared bathroom upstairs and a shared bathroom in the games room. The spacious and bright living room opens onto a functional and fully equipped kitchen. You have a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack and iron... Guests can also enjoy the terrace and a large garden with a grill (wood not included) Guest access The house has private and fenced parking - About 10 vehicles. Parking outside the property is strictly prohibited. The owners will welcome you upon arrival. Every room has a secure locking device. Other things to note NO PARTIES ALLOWED 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM Our house is adjoining the Villa, if you plan not to follow the accommodation's instructions, go your way! Parking off premises is prohibited. No smoking inside the house is allowed. Ashtrays are available in the garden and on the terrace. No pets allowed. Party events are not allowed Respect for neighbors is paramount. COMPLETE SILENCE AT 10PM - The villa is located in a very quiet hamlet. Crushing, horn, or excessive noise not tolerated. The number of guests present on site and staying overnight must be indicated. We strictly limit the number of people sleeping on site to 15. The number of guests will be verified by an automated counting system and surveillance cameras located outside the Villa. We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if any of these conditions are not met.
