You’ll love my place because of the beautiful location and views, the lovely tropical garden with a lot of nature, like birds, flamingos, iguanas and also insects. The Beach (Blue Bay Beach) and Diving school are only 250mtr away. My place is close to the airport, the city center and great restaurants. There's a 18-holes golf court next to the villa. Curacao has direct flights to Amsterdam, New York, Miami, Dusseldorf and several destinations in South America and the Caribbean. The space The spacious porch and comfortable living room offer a lot of privacy. In every sleeping room we have a modern airco. This place is good for couples, newly wed, business travelers, families with kids or friends. Guest access The entire villa no neighbors attached! Other things to note The environment is very important to us. That is why we have chosen to charge for energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low . The average costs are around Eur 60 to 70 per week, but strongly depend on your use . The air conditioners in particular consume most energy. The airco in the living is an extra option we have just added, costing around 2-3 Eur per hour. Based on meter readings and the actual rates of the utilities, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay with the deposit paid on the spot. Interim Linen change For stays longer than 11 days a new set of bed linen will be brought. You can wash the towels yourself free of charge in the available washing machine. An interim cleaning can be arranged upon request. The cleaning team then cleans the bathrooms and the extra toilet and the villa is swept or mopped. The costs for this are NAF 50.00 Ask us about discounts / offers for a stay of three weeks or longer. Advice: take a travel and cancellation insurance.
