Guest room on the upper floor, only 10 minutes to Hamburg-Harburg

The room with shower/toilet is located on the upper floor of a detached house in a quiet area. It is simply furnished, with double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m), sofa + desk. If required, 1 small room can be shared with table, chair + 1 cabinet compartment. The space Plenty of free parking is available. I would also like to inform you about the following current details: In order for me to get to know my guests a little better, as a private host I generally ask that my guests briefly introduce themselves before a fixed booking, such as occupation, age, origin, reason for the visit, etc... This helps me to be of the best possible assistance to my guests and to finally process the request. The kitchen on the ground floor is only available with certain restrictions due to other guests in the house. This means it cannot be cooked, but after consultation, possibly only for warming up food in the microwave and for breakfast, etc... The room is conveniently located and is an ideal base for short/weekend trips to Hamburg, as well as to the Hamburg area. There is a very good highway connection to the A1 / A261 / A7 freeways. By public transport (bus, S-Bahn, regional train), you can reach the center of Hamburg relatively quickly. Doctors, supermarkets, other shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I generally no longer accommodate fitters, craftsmen, construction workers, shift workers and smokers! Booking for third parties will not be accepted.
