Room in a sympathetic artist's house

The charming room is 20 square meters and is located in a 120-year-old house on the outskirts of Berlin. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the hostess and her son. Please be prepared for Berlin to levy an overnight tax that must be collected and paid not by Airbnb but by us landlords. The city tax is 7.5% of the total overnight price.
