Located just steps to Findlay Market, the Street Car, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, Washington Park and the new TQL stadium are all a short walking distance. Downtown is vibrate and has been transitioning for the past few years. We are located in a transitional area were you can walk to almost everything or catch the street car. Perfect Space for Business Travelers or guest who want to explore city The space The space offers open floor plan with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit, hardwood floors and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guest access Groups of 8 or more people or groups with more than one child under 10 years old may be required to place a $250 credit card damage deposit directly with us prior to accessing the space. The hold placed will be refunded the day following checkout provided that no damage has occurred. You may be required to sign a separate contract with us. Please note that if you meet the below criteria you may be required to provide to us a valid photo ID and put a credit card on file directly with us. It will not be sufficient to have a card on file with Airbnb. i) If you are from the local area, or ii) If you are booking last minute, or iii) If you have negative reviews or no reviews, or iv) If we have any reason to believe that your intent is to throw a party. You will also be required to sign a contract separate from the Airbnb agreement and put down a separate $250 deposit. Other things to note I have stayed here for the weekend I loved it. It was quiet and night and I was able to walk to get breakfast. I enjoyed wine and cheese plate at The Rhined. It was a really cool experience. I live in the city not to far from downtown and I must say this area was a fun experience. I would recommend parking and walking or using public transportation. Some the buildings are still being renovated into single family homes or condo so there is construction in the area. During the weekends it can be a little crowded being next to Findlay Market but I'm sure you will enjoy the convenience of being able to walk for fresh food. There is free street parking right in front of the building. Please note that Over the Rhine is a lesson in contrasts and our street is no exception. Our street is midway through the process of gentrifying: two blocks south you'll find a row of $700,000 townhomes and on the same block you'll find affordable housing. Our street is safe, but we want you to be informed that you may encounter both very-low-income and very-high-income people while you are out and about. You'll probably see homelessness.
