Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress. The space The house dates from the 18th century, it is furnished and decorated with respect for its authentic and unique character. We want our guests to feel good with ease. Guest access The house is detached, located on a 2,000 m² lot. The hilly garden will allow you to isolate yourself while staying close to your family and/or friends. It is located in a hamlet 2 km from the shops. Close to many activities (picturesque Yon Valley, beaches, amusement parks, Domangère golf course...) Nesmy is in the center of Vendée, 30 minutes from the beaches, 1 hour from Noirmoutier Island and Puy du Fou... Ideal for a stay with family or friends! Other things to note We offer the option of beds made on arrival (€15/bed). Towel (€15/person) and table linen (€10) rental is also possible. End-of-stay cleaning can be done for €80 (excluding dishes and garbage cans).
