The ideal place to spend a few hours of wellness in a cool green setting. The pool inside the Residence is only available in the months of July,August until September 15 unless unforeseen and various impossibility. The Residence is located in a strategic location, as it is close to the main cultural attractions on the east-west side of Sicily. It is 800 meters from the town center where there are restaurants,supermarkets, medical guard,pharmacy,post office, etc. 1.5 km from the Costabianca Theatre,from the sea, restaurants, bars, soccer fields, tennis courts. On the east side you can visit just 1 km from the Residence, Villa Romana di Realmonte,located on the beach of Punta Grande dating back to the sec. D.C. A few hundred meters away you will find yourself overwhelmed by one almost celestial light...you will admire the wonderful Staircase of the Turks (see photo).
