On the main floor there are the living area and three bedrooms, on the first floor two bedrooms and the service bathroom, then the spa-wellness area on the lower floor. The service bathroom on the first floor includes an important service such as washing machine and dryer. The living area is 70 square meters large with a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen and living room have patio doors leading to the garden with gazebo and swimming pool. The optimal position of the garden is therefore a real extension of the house considering the southern exposure. The special processing involves the continuous drawing of the vein on all sides of the shower. This special process is called an open vein. The shower trays are made from a single block of travertine with a special non-slip processing. The shower stalI, the stainless steel taps in each bathroom completes the high standard of equipment and finishes. Even the entrance to the villa has a floor with the prestigious workmanship of the showers. The kitchen has a floor and top with large travertine slabs and the sink is also carved out of travertine. The villa is located on the outskirts of Siena, easily reachable by car in just 10 minutes of driving. Around the city center there are several public and private parking lots. It is also possible to reach the city center by public transport or by the efficient and cheap city taxi service ( cabs needs only 5 minutes to reach the villa, infact the closest taxi station is 5 km so far only from the villa) .The nearest bus stop is one km so far. A fast WiFI Inetrnet line is available free of charge. Just 1.5 km there are services as important as a large supermarket, a bank with ATM, post office, pharmacy, bakery, pastry.
