Holybourne village with local shop, post office, pub and church is within a ten minute walk. Alternatively, being beside a farm, and in the country, there are lots walks close by. Whether you are seeking a short term holiday cottage in Alton, or something for a longer period, Neatham Barn could be the perfect answer. The space For the business person seeking longer term accommodation in Hampshire, Neatham Barn is also absolutely ideal, boasting self catering facilities, a 'relaxation' area, broadband internet/wi-fi and parking immediately outside. For long term bookings, ie. anything over one week, we will provide you with clean bedlinen on a self change basis. However, if you do require weekly 'maid' service, this can be arranged for an additional charge which we can discuss on your arrival. Guest access Neatham Barn is a detached annexe to Neatham Cottage and is available exclusively on a self catering basis. There are two bedrooms, both on the ground floor as is also a bathroom with large bath and shower over. Full kitchen facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine are available upstairs in the kitchen/living area. A door from here leads out onto a large balcony with lovely views over the adjacent farmland - absolutely perfect for al fresco breakfast or dinner. Downstairs, outside and adjacent to the entrance porch is the laundry room with sink, washing machine and tumbledryer. PLEASE NOTE The reviews for Neatham Barn on the Airbnb site refer to the pre-refurbished barn when it was a little tired and in need of modernisation. We have no doubt you will be delighted with what we have now created. Other things to note There is a floodlit tennis court which is available for guest use (there is a small charge if you require use of the lights). Please bring your own rackets and balls.
