Il Biancospino is ideal for families and small groups who would like to spend their holiday far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is surrounded by mountains among oak and chestnut trees. The space The typical Tuscan 2-story house is connected by an external stone staircase. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, and an American coffee machine. The entrance on the first floor is via an external staircase. There is the living/dining room with a sofa bed and fireplace, three double bedrooms, and three bathrooms with a shower. The swimming pool (5x10) has been built in a panoramic position in the large garden surrounding the villa. The house is equipped with a barbecue, tables, and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining and for the exclusive use of guests. Guest access Guests can access the private car park. The entire property will be for their exclusive use. You are invited to visit the farmhouse just 2 km away from the villa, where several animals are bred and local products are produced. They can be tasted and purchased! The garden is weekly looked after by the maintenance worker. Other things to note Tourist tax € 2,50 per person/per night for max 4 consecutive nights to be paid upon arrival(children under 12 years old are free of charge). All costs of electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning and final cleaning are included in the price! Our cleaning staff is available for extra cleanings or daily cleanings, in order to make your holiday as smooth as possible.
