Relax in our tranquil seaside village haven

Our home located in the village of Quilty is less than a 5 minute walk to the local shop, pub and church. It is only a few minutes drive to Spanish Point and Miltown Malbay and is centrally located to tour around all the lovely west coast of Clare. Also an ideal location to stay while attending weddings in the Armada and Bellbridge Hotels and so central for the Willie Clancy festival. We have stunning views of Quilty Bay, Mutton Island , the Aran Islands and Mount Callan. The space This three bedroom home sleeps 6 people, 2 x Double Room and 1 x Twin Rooms. Two of the bedrooms are facing the sea so at night while in bed you are able to hear the lovely relaxing sound of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as the usual utensils for self-catering including an electric steamer, wok and rice cooker. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave in the utility. Everyone loves our spacious light filled open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area. The living area has a solid fuel stove which when lit makes the whole open plan area lovely and cosy especially on wet days when you are able to enjoy the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean wild and raging outside. The property is centrally heated throughout. The living area also has a TV with a selection of Irish channels as well as complimentary NETFLIX. The TV also has APPs such as Amazon Prime and NOW TV that you can use if you have your own account. The separate sunlounge enjoys truly stunning views of Quilty Bay, Mutton Island, the Aran Islands and Mount Callan. The patio doors in the dining area lead outside to a private patio area with patio table and seating facing west overlooking lovely Quilty Bay. There are two shower rooms and toilets, one down stairs and one upstairs. There is a folding cot, a chair attachment for feeding babies and toddlers, a bed side panel for toddlers and a fire guard. There is a large tarmacadam area and a garden for children to safely play in. There are also gates to the front that can be closed. Because we have a separate sun lounge it allows parents to grab some quite time enjoying the wonderful view while younger family members are happily entertaining themselves in the open plan kitchen dining living room or outside. There is a selection of family board games for everyone to enjoy together.
