The Manor

The Manor is a Grade II Listed Victorian Country House built in 1867. A peaceful countryside retreat set in the grounds of Leadenham Polo Club. We welcome you to relax, unwind and enjoy all that the Lincolnshire Countryside has to offer. The space The Manor boasts six bedrooms; one twin, four doubles and one kingsize with a four poster! There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a separate lavatory. Please note that for group bookings of 13-14 guests double sofa bed is provided, additional fees apply. Self catering facilities are available, with guests having full use of the Manor's kitchen, dining room and lounge. There are open fires in the dining room & lounge and we will supply firewood & coal during the cold Winter months. The kitchen is large and easily able to cater for up to 14 guests, with a catering size oven and large American Fridge-Freezer. Outside the Manor there is a patio area with a large outdoor fireplace/BBQ and an outdoor 10 seater hot tub, hot tub towels are not provided. During the Summer months guests can take advantage of our grass tennis court and croquet lawn. As the Manor is set within Leadenham Polo Club, the guests will have the full run of the Polo Club and are more than welcome to spectate when there are Polo Matches or join in with Polo Lessons. Please do get in touch with us if you'd like to book some polo during your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the full house and the grounds of Leadenham Polo Club. Other things to note Activities on offer include Polo lessons during the Summer months. Our Polo Ponies are superb beginner ponies, very safe and lots of fun!
