The cozy and air-conditioned house, with mosquito nets, is equipped with 4 bedrooms (a master suite, a double and two singles), 3 bathrooms / water, 3WC. Landscaped garden and swimming pool. Quality services (bedding, equipment). Bed linen and table is provided. We are located in a popular village 4km from Uzès and 8km from Pont du Gard. We tried to apply the principles of feng shui to the layout of our house and garden. We are located in a residential and calm environment (at the end of a dead end), in the countryside, overlooking the vineyards. Located 25km from Nimes, 35km from Avignon, 1 hour drive from the sea and near the Cevennes. Our house can accommodate maximum 6 people, including children. Given the configuration of the rooms, it is not possible to accommodate more than 2 children between 2 and 10 years. The house is air conditioned, equipped with a large living room (70m2), 4 bedrooms (a master suite, a double and two singles), 3 bathroom / shower room and 3 toilets. Landscaped garden composed of olive trees, Mediterranean essences and flowers (1200m2) and swimming pool (8 * 4) with its beach and deckchairs. The rental includes all charges (water, electricity, telephone within the maximum limits set by contract) and maintenance of the pool and green spaces. Our house of approximately 180 m2 is composed according to:      - On the ground floor : - A parental suite of 25 m2 (lit160cm) equipped with a dressing and a bathroom with WC. - A single room of 15m2 (bed 90cm) including a bathroom and toilet open - a large living room of 70m2 (living room, dining room and open kitchen fully equipped) - laundry    - 1st floor: - A double room of 13m2 (140cm bed) - A single room of 12m2 (90cm bed) - A double bathroom (bath, shower) of 9m2 and a separate WC The heating consists of a reversible air conditioning, adjustable in each room and room except the single ground floor. Chalet in the garden with barbecue. this rental is for people respectful and careful. The house is non-smoking and our pets are not allowed (including outside). Thanks for your understanding. A deposit of 1500 € is requested on your arrival (check or cash). An inventory of incoming and outgoing is made in your presence. The deposit is returned no later than 7 days after your departure. Similarly, you are asked to extend your home insurance (resort insurance) for this rental. The lease is made under a furnished rental contract with limited duration.
