Quiet area - easy for Brighton & Seven Sisters.

Homely - great for either a quiet break near The South Downs and the sea or visit Brighton (approx. 18mins by bus) Brighton Marina 12mins by bus. Historic Rottingdean Village approx. 16 min walk via the flat path by the sea & cliffs or 10mins by bus. It's a a short walk to Saltdean Beach & the Lido. Saltdean is a quiet area along the Coast. Brighton and Hove one side & Peacehaven, Newhaven Ferry, Seaford, South Downs National Park / Seven Sisters, Beachey Head, Eastbourne on the other. The space The bedroom has a double bed, a spare single bed, a tv incl. Netflix, a couple of easy chairs, a coffee table and a sea view across the rooftops. The beach is approx. 5mins walk. There is a small fridge, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee/fresh milk. A modern bathroom with shower is next door to the bedroom solely for the use of guests. Bookings can be for 1-3 persons. Pricing is based on minimum of two people sharing a room so if only one person books the room the price is the same. Guest access - Meals are not provided but there is a small fridge, kettle, plates/bowls, cutlery & complimentary tea/coffee/sugar & fresh milk provided. During your stay We live downstairs and happy to provide any additional information or guidance on the local area if guests require. Other things to note Whilst we welcome guests with children we have no stair-gate, socket protectors etc. So guests should check before booking if this is suitable accommodation for them depending on the ages of the children.
