East Lodge overlooks the meadow at Bakewell

East Lodge is a two bed roomed cottage...sitting overlooking the meadow and river . It is five minutes walk across the meadow to the market town of Bakewell. Decor is traditional...wooden floor in sitting room, tiled kitchen floor and carpeted upstairs. All windows look out across the meadow. There is a paved garden to the front and a yard behind. The Cottage is a Grade 11 listed building, built in the early 18thC Bookings are from Friday to Friday please. The space East Lodge is a charming, beamed cottage. All of the rooms look out of the front of the house over the river and the meadow. It is a quiet, level stroll over the meadow into the delightful market town of Bakewell. The walk takes five minutes, which includes time to stop and watch the rainbow trout sunbathing in the shallows of the river! Guest access All the cottage is available to guests. Other things to note Bookings are from Friday to Friday please. Logs are provided to get you started and more can be bought from the garage on Matlock Street There is free parking directly behind the cottage. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
