La Bergeronnette, Quiet and relaxation guaranteed

Welcome to Julie and Julien's home, La Bergeronnette is a charming house from 1740 located in the Vaucouleur Valley. With its landscaped garden, come and enjoy the calm near the main Parisian roads (A13/N12) as well as many tourist places: - Thoiry Zoo (10 km), - Versailles (45 km), - Claude Monet Gardens in Giverny (33 km) - Paris (65 km) - Deauville (140 km) A true haven of peace, which enjoys an ideal location to visit Ile de France and Normandy. The space The house: La Bergeronnette is a 190 m2 house on a 4300 m2 wooded park where you can enjoy the birdsong. Indeed, it is located on the edge of the forest and away from the street to ensure absolute tranquility. Without neighbors, you can relax in the garden on sunny days. In addition, games are available whether indoors (card games, scrabble...) or outdoors (badminton, darts,...). The Room: In our house, we offer a room of 18 m2 with all the comforts for better independence: - 160 x 200 cm bed with mattress topper. - storage space in a cabinet - cushions and blankets (and associated bedding) - appropriate lighting - bedside tables - coat rack - curtain In addition, the latter is adjacent to the bathroom and toilet that are reserved for you during your stay. Services: You will have access to wifi. And we offer breakfast. Guest access Indoor: You have access to the common areas (living/dining room) and outside. These will be shared with my husband and myself as well as with our four-legged friends (1 cat and 2 dogs). We will gladly chat with you if you wish to share some time. But we will also leave you moments of privacy (the house is quite large ;)). For stays longer than 4 days, you will have access to the laundry room if you need to wash your laundry. Outdoor: Parking will be reserved for you in our secure garden. In addition, if you have a motorcycle, a garage can be provided. During the sunny days, dining area and relaxation area will be available. You can enjoy breakfast lulled by the birdsong. Amenities: - BBQ, - Brazier - Deckchairs - Hammocks - Armchairs ... During your stay We are available to answer any questions or expectations you may have before and during your stay. Above all, we want you to feel good at our place, and therefore not disturb your privacy. Nevertheless, our goal is also to share/exchange and who knows, make beautiful encounters. Please don't hesitate to contact us, we will try to adapt to your requests. We are easily reachable and will try to answer any questions you may have as quickly as possible. My husband speaks very fluent English and we speak a little Spanish.
