Welcome to Julie and Julien's, La Bergeronnette est, a charming 1740 house located in the Vaucouleur Valley. With its landscaped garden, enjoy the calm near the major Parisian roads (A13/N12) as well as many tourist places: - Thoiry Zoo (10 km), - Versailles (45 km), - Les Jardins Claude Monet in Giverny (33 km) - Paris (65 km) - Deauville (140 km) A true haven of peace, which enjoys an ideal location for visiting Ile de France and Normandy. The space The house: La Bergeronnette is a 190m2 house on a 4300m2 wooded park where you can enjoy the birdsong. Indeed, it is located on the edge of the forest and away from the street to guarantee absolute tranquility. Not overlooked, you can relax in the garden on the beautiful days. In addition, games are available whether indoors (card games, scrable...) or outdoors (badminton,darts, etc.). The room: Within our house, we offer you a room of 18m2 with all the comforts for a better independence: - bed of 160 x 200 m with mattress topper. - a storage space in a wardrobe - cushions and blankets (and associated bedding) - appropriate lighting - bedside tables - coat rack - curtain In addition, the latter adjoins the bathroom and the toilets that are reserved for you during your stay. Services: You will have access to wifi. And we offer you a breakfast. Guest access Interior: You have access to common areas (living room/dining room) and outdoor areas. These will be shared with my husband and me as well as with our 4-legged friends (1 cat and 2 dogs). We'll be happy to connect with you if you want a moment of sharing. But we will also leave you moments of privacy ( the house is quite big;) ). For stays of more than 4 days you will have access to the laundry room if you need to wash your laundry. Exterior: Parking space will be reserved for you in our secure garden. In addition, if you have a motorcycle, a garage can be provided for you. During the sunny days, dining area and relaxation area will be available. Breakfast is lulled by birds chirping. Amenities: - BBQ, - Brasero - Sunbeds - Hammocks - Armchairs... During your stay We are available to address any questions or expectations before and during your stay. Above all, we want you to feel at home, and therefore not disturb your privacy. Nevertheless, our goal is also to share/exchange and who knows how to make beautiful encounters. Please let us know, we'll try to accommodate your requests. We are easily reachable and will try to answer your questions as quickly as possible. My husband speaks very fluently English and we speak a little Spanish.
