On the 1800 sqm, fenced property, you can relax without restrictions and enjoy your vacation with the North Frisians. Location Our vacation home is located in the north of North Frisia, in the municipality of Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll. At the green Südhörner bathing spot, there are beach chairs in the summer months, from here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the North Sea and Sylt. A restaurant provides physical well-being from spring to autumn. The Horsbüll trout lake and a swimming pond are very close. The North Sea coast with its fascinating mudflats and salt meadows can be reached in just a few steps. The green swimming area 'Südhörn', 1.5 km away, invites you to linger with a fantastic view of Sylt in the beach chairs. Klanxbüll train station is 5 km away, from here you can take the Nord-Ostsee-Bahn to Sylt. Niebüll (15 km) away, has a wide range of shops and a weekly market. The Schüttsiel ferry terminal (12 km) takes you to the Halligen Hooge, Langeneß or Oland. Denmark is not far away. Visit the beautiful city of Tondern or Mögeltondern with its beautiful Schackenborg Castle Amenities The 155 sqm vacation home can accommodate up to 8 people. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one with a double bed (160 x 200 m) and another with two single beds, which is ideal for children and young adults. Bed linen and towels are provided to our guests and are included in the rental price. The large dining table invites you to cozy evenings with friends or family. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge with freezer. The living room on the ground floor offers a fireplace for cozy hours, a flat-screen TV (SAT) and a DVD player. Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with TV, a large bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200) and a cute, sturdy crib with canopy. There is also a pull-out bunk bed in the upper living room. For the little ones there is also a high chair, 2 Bobby cars with push aid and a handcart. Two shower bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) complete the picture. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available for you. On the sunny terrace with the garden furniture, two beach chairs and a grill, you can end the day in a relaxed way. Special features The large fenced garden offers plenty of space for adults, children and four-legged friends. We are happy to provide you with free WiFi. There are three parking spaces available directly at the house/garden. Children under 3 years of age travel with us free of charge.
