The Bothy is a self contained home cinema/studio tucked away in the village of Bramshott, where Hampshire, meets the Surrey and Sussex borders. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and ancient woods. A large, open plan space, all on one level with a walk in shower. Whether you're a film fanatic look for a high quality viewing experience or needing to recharge with the help of a local wellness practitioner, the Bothy offers a good nights rest in a beautiful rural setting. The space The Bothy was converted from two stables and a garage in 2017. The accommodation has been kitted out with a large home cinema screen, projector and awesome sound system. A wide range of Blu-ray DVD's are at your disposal and access to Sky Movies. There are two large sofas and an extremely comfortable Simba Superking bed with an Emma mattress and high quality bed linen. The bathroom has an easy access walk in shower. The property is suitable for people with mobility issues and you can park directly outside the front door. Rustic, quirky decor, with an up-cycled kitchen area. Dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and fridge are all at your disposal. A selection of board games, books and a honky tonk piano are left inside the Bothy for guests to enjoy during their stay. Large bi-fold doors lead to an extensive southwest facing decking area overlooking a paddock, kitchen garden and trees. Guest have sole use of the paddock, a modular seating area and an outdoor table. A weber BBQ is available for your use and charcoal briquettes can be supplied at cost. We are friends with various wellness practitioners in the area and can recommend both yoga and massage therapists.
