The house is beautifully situated close to both Lake Mälaren (Ekoln) and Uppsala. It is 150 meters down to the dock in Lake Mälaren. Hammarskogs Herrgård with café is within walking distance. The house is a narrow, elongated guest house of about 30 square meters with 4 rooms in a row. A bedroom, a kitchen/dining room and toilet, a shower room/laundry room and finally a sauna. The house is best suited for two people, but you can accommodate more as there is a folding bed and also a children's bed. The house also includes a lovely terrace to enjoy when the weather allows. The space The house has a combined bedroom/living room with an IKEA Hemnes daybed that can be used as a sofa, single bed or double bed. You can also set up an extra bed and/or a crib, even if the space is limited. The bedroom is adjacent to a kitchen/dining room with a counter, hot and cold water, fridge, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, small table and chairs. The toilet is accessible from this room. In the next room, there is a shower and washing machine as well as access to sauna/relaxation. Here you can also set up an extra bed, but the space is small. Outside on the terrace there is a seating area with nice sun in the morning and afternoon. Parking is available next to the property. On the backside of the house there is a nice secluded area with an outdoor seating area. Guest access The entire guest house and associated terrace can be used. The back of the guest house facing the road can also be used as a private secluded area. Parking for cars is available. The family's jetty can be used. The family and its guests also use the jetty. Other things to note The house is best suited for two people but it is possible to be more and then use extra beds but the space is limited. The extra beds are of the folding guest bed model. It is possible to arrange a travel bed for toddlers if needed.
