Tumbledown Croft is a newly renovated cosy modern cottage with beautiful views over the Aberdeenshire countryside. With 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen /living area with wood burning stove and outside seating area. Ideal for small families and those who want a quality break. We are situated 2 miles from the coastal village of Cruden Bay where you can enjoy the beautiful golden beach, championship golf course, breathtaking Slains Castle and much more The space The cottage has a fully enclosed outside seating / patio area for guests to enjoy. With a double bed , a single bed and a pull out guest bed or travel cot if required, the cottage is ideal for small families or small groups. The cottage has a fully enclosed outside seating / patio area for guests to enjoy. Please note, the cottage is very close to a B class road ( please see photo) which has a small amount of traffic passing. However, the patio seating area and access are to the rear, therefore very private and secure. No pets are allowed due to limited space inside. Guest access Private parking available adjacent to cottage at entrance . Entrance to owners home and cottage is a farm access road, used occasionally by farmer. Other things to note We have a sofa bed in the living area which sleeps 1 comfortably or single Z-bed (pull out bed) for guests if required. Registration Details AS00940F
