A 13’ x 8’ (3.96m x 2.44m) double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & cupboards and private wet-room is your base for out of town exploring with access to coastal paths & good bus links. Self-serve breakfast provided, wi-fi, parking & bike storage. Inside is neat & bright. Outside is a Mediterranean garden, attracting birds, & terrific sunsets. The space Butterfly-themed West facing bedroom with white leather slatted standard 4’6 x 6’3 double bed & bedside cabinets. Travertine wet-room with shower, toilet & sink. Cupboards hold alarm clock, books, fan, games, hairdryer & straighteners, iron & board, laptop tray, maps, quilt, suitcase stand, tissues & toiletries. Guest access Upstairs: bedroom and separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (towels and toiletries in cupboard along with drying rack & non-slip mat). Downstairs: dining area for breakfast with crockery & cutlery 08:00-10:00. Bread, cereal and beverages. Refrigerator in kitchen for chilled water, ice, milk & juice if requested. COOKING IS NOT PERMITTED, but we recommend a choice of good places to eat approximately 1-1.5 miles (1.5-2kms) away. North at Grandehavre, and South at Cobo Bay. Outside: gardens with seating, parking and bicycle storage. During your stay Transfers to/from airport/harbour may be arranged in advance - this is chargeable. On arrival, we can provide a drink and give an introduction to our home. We recommend places to eat and of interest for all budgets (cooking is not allowed) and provide emergency telephone numbers. A tour of Guernsey may be available. Please ask when booking. Other things to note To book, prior reviews, photo ID & introductions are required. Your mobile phone SIM may not work in the Channel Islands. Providers are Sure, JT and Airtel Vodafone. Sark Mobile provides eSIMs. Do not jump on the bed - it is slatted, although comfy. There is no bigger/firmer bed. If you stain the bedding then you will be charged for a replacement set. Before using the shower, please open the window. Please bring slippers. A seat is provided in the hallway. Shoes may be left in the porch. We have a wobbly young cat who is not permitted in the hallway or upstairs. Take care when opening the living room door. Please do not feed him. Longterm bookings attract an automatic discount and depend upon adherence to cleaning standards.
