The Cranny | Winterton Cottages

The Cranny is the only privately owned thatched roundhouse in Winterton-on-Sea, and is hidden away in the centre of the village with it's own secluded garden. This pretty property is all on one level, and has a fantastic location in the centre of the village - yet only five minutes walk from the beach. The cottage has been completely renovated and refurbished throughout to provide a high standard of accommodation. The space The front door opens into the entrance hall, which leads through to a living room on the right with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The round dining table has seating for four people, or you can dine al fresco in the wonderful private garden. The cottage has an unusual layout, with one bathroom leading off the living room which has a shower over the bath, WC and a washbasin. The well equipped kitchen is also accessed from the living room, and has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher and microwave. In the other half of this quirky double roundhouse you'll find two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and smart TV, as well as an en-suite wet room with a shower, WC and a washbasin. Bedroom two has a standard double size bed and a TV. Outside The Cranny is set within it's own cottage style garden - a private oasis in the middle of the village. There's off road parking for 1-2 cars, and the cottage also has wifi. 1 medium or 2 small dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the property.
