Exclusive modern half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house was completely and extremely modernly restored in 2021 and amounts to about 55 m² of living space plus a gallery. In front of the house is a large courtyard with space for two cars. In the south-facing garden, a terrace with seating furniture invites you to linger. The lovingly furnished half-timbered house is equipped with everything your heart desires. It is located in the middle of the Bergisches Land and thus has a wonderful starting point for hikes or for trips to Cologne or Bonn. The space The space is ideally for two people. In an emergency, however, it can also be used for a maximum of four people. A sofa bed is available on the gallery. The house has a bedroom with a modern box spring bed, bathroom with a walk-in, large shower, kitchen and living area with sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee machine and refrigerator. In the bedroom there is plenty of storage space for private items as well as a work area. The living room temperature can be adjusted very easily and individually via modern infrared heaters. There is also a fireplace in the living room. Behind the house is a small sheltered garden just for our guests. With Wi-Fi throughout the property and a furnished workspace, it is ideal for the home or anywhere office. After a hike on the numerous hiking trails, such as the Kräuter- und Freundschaftswanderweg, which lead directly past the house, or a day in Cologne, which is about 35 minutes away by car, you can relax here and enjoy yourself. On Sundays we offer a late check-out until 3 pm. The house is equipped with the latest, color-coordinated lighting technology. Other things to note Various local and Mediterranean gastronomy is within walking distance. The menus are in the house. In the village you can enjoy delicious food as well as a cool Kölsch beer in three beautifully located beer gardens.
