Villa Laura, heated pool and private garden

Villa Laura is located in a quiet location with numerous services that are easily accessible on foot. The Villa is newly built, and offers all the comforts for your vacation, including air conditioning and underfloor heating with controlled humidity and a private heated pool. The space Villa Laura is surrounded on all sides by its own private garden, and by the 7.50 x 3.40/5.00 meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.35 meters, which is accessed by a comfortable staircase; the water heating system guarantees a minimum water temperature of 25 degrees during the cooler season (the pool is open from the beginning of April to the end of October); in front of the pool there is a large porch with a dining table for eating outside in the shade and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. On the ground floor, the living room has a dining table, sofa and smart TV (with international satellite channels), a separate kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, induction cooktop, dishwasher, extractor hood, ventilated oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower. A comfortable internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is the large double bedroom, from which you can access a terrace and the full bathroom. The basement has an additional large living room, complete with sofa and Smart TV, from which you can access the additional rooms: a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds, the third full bathroom, the laundry room complete with washing machine, dryer and tub for washing. All the rooms in the basement are equipped with basement windows, which are particularly bright because they are very large. The Villa therefore has a maximum capacity of 10 people, with three double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Villa Laura also has an indoor parking space for two cars; in the immediate vicinity of the Villa there are also several free parking spaces. The Villa has recently been completed, and all its amenities are new and of high quality, so that we can offer you a holiday in maximum comfort. Guest access All the interior and exterior spaces of the Villa are at the total and exclusive disposal of the guests; it is essential to indicate the correct number of guests in the reservation, because the total price changes according to the number of guests. Other things to note A short distance away you will find all the necessary services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), but at the same time you will have a lot of tranquility and privacy, since it is located in a residential area in the middle of the countryside and without traffic; it is possible to stay in the Villa without a private means of transport, but this is highly recommended to be able to comfortably visit all the attractions that the Lake Garda area offers you. Villa Laura is the ideal solution for families with children; although it is completely autonomous and separate from other homes, it is appreciated in the evening and at night to respect the quiet of the area and the nearby villas. The rental price includes: • Hot and cold water; • Electricity; • Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet; • Smart TV with Netflix (movies on demand) and international satellite channels; • Floor air conditioning with controlled dehumidification on the ground floor and first floor; • Private garden and private heated swimming pool for exclusive use; a minimum water temperature of 25 degrees will be guaranteed during the period from May 1st to September 30th; in the months of April and October, even though the pool is open and heated, for technical reasons the minimum temperature of 25 degrees is not guaranteed; • Bed linen, towels with weekly change and pool towel; • Final cleaning.
