You can also rent for a smaller number of guests for 25 € per night and room as desired. Other things to note The city of Dresden does not require accommodation tax for those who work in Dresden and can provide a certificate from the company, for disabled persons and children under the age of 18. For all other persons, 6.7% of the price for these persons will be due as accommodation tax. This can be transferred by appointment or paid cash when the keys are handed over.
