The space The Domaine de La Rebière is a set of 3 Cottages, 20 to 24 people maximum, 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, heated indoor pool 5x10 totally private (open from April to October depending on the weather). For hiking, the trails are directly accessible from our cottages. Some leisure activities near La Rebiere: hiking, canoeing, climbing, acrobatic park, equestrian center (with horse boarding), rail bike, river and pond fishing, cinema, visit to educational farms, astronomy, greenway ideal for all (16 km course). The many local markets will allow you to discover regional specialties: foie gras, truffles, nuts, Bergerac wine, veal, black ass pig, turkey, chestnut, apple, strawberry, and porcini mushroom... For the pleasure of the eyes, let's mention some visits to must-see towns and villages: Brantôme (the green Venice of Périgord), St Jean de Côle (one of the "most beautiful villages in France"), the castles of Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, Jumilhac le Grand (and its gold diggers), Périgueux, Hautefort, Villars Caves, etc. Open all year round, the owners are on site to welcome you, they will help you organize your projects. Guest access Transportation: Our cottages are very easy to access. We are 1 hour from Limoges, 30 minutes from Périgueux, a major city, and 1 hour from Angoulême We accept motorcycle travelers, and have ample parking. By plane, you have the option to land at these airports depending on the airline you choose: Limoges (1 hour), Brive-la-Gaillarde (a little more than 1 hour), Bergerac (1.5 hours) and Bordeaux (2 hours). It's best to have a car on site but you can use public transport. There is a train station in Thiviers 10 minutes 7 km away We can also pick you up if arranged in advance. Other things to note The end-of-stay cleaning is included in your stay. However, the kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes stored in the place provided as on arrival, this is not part of the cleaning. Central heating at extra cost if needed Weekend €130; week €300. Our house lends itself well to family parties, or any other type of vacation with friends. However, we draw your attention to the fact that we do not wish to host groups of students and/or unreasonable party-goers.
