This house corresponds to the portion of the estate that was destined to the care of livestock and pastures storage. It was restored at the time to build a house of two volumes (housing and bath-hammam), through the use and recycling of all original materials (sandstone, stone, beams of juniper and tagell), combined with more modern finishes (floors fratasado gray cement and wooden platform). Together with the adjoining terraces wood (deck), add a total area of ​​150 square meters. Also includes a pergola to comfortably park two cars and about 1 200 m2 of land / field in the lateral and front part of the house.
