The studio is situated in the garden of a 100 year old canal cottage. It is a bright and airy self contained space with your own entrance and patio doors onto the garden. The room has an ensuite wet room with an electric shower and toilet and sink. The main room has a sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, fridge/freezer, wifi, wardrobe and a comfy double bed. Walking distance to a local gastro pub & canal cafe. The walks in the area are delightful and a 5 minute drive to Warwick. 20 mins to Stratford, Leamington , Kenilworth & NEC/Resorts World. Guest access Free parking on the drive. Your own patio with table and chairs. Other things to note A microwave, kettle and toaster is in the room. Heating and fans provided. For safety reasons, please do not bring your own cooking appliances, electrical heating/air conditionsers or cooking appliances. No BBQs. Sorry, no Pets.
