Enjoy the view of the fjord sitting in the 39-degree hot water in the wilderness bath, which is integrated into the terrace and located high in the backyard. Make delicious campfire food while you enjoy the large fire pit, or light up the grill on the covered terrace and enjoy how close nature surrounds this house. The space The house is located at the end of a road and is closely surrounded by beautiful nature. To the south, the terrace is in the sun and sheltered, and is covered. To the west and northwest, there are views of Lammefjorden and a large natural area with coast and beach meadow. To the east, there are neighboring properties, but it doesn't actually feel like that. The house has a dining and living room with open access to the kitchen. From all 3 rooms there is a view of the water. From mid-April to late August, there is the opportunity to watch the sunset over the fjord. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, each 80x200 cm and the other with a slightly cramped 80x195 cm bunk bed over a 140x195 cm double bed. Although there are 5 beds, the 42 m2 house is best suited for a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child. Well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a large refrigerator with 104 liter freezer, dishwasher, as well as both a regular filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother. Outside, there is a lawn for games, as well as a large fire pit with a tripod and equipment for making campfire food. A few hundred meters back on the road to the east, there is access to Kisserup Strand, which is very child-friendly, but not a sandy beach. To the west, in the summer, there is a long bathing bridge to deeper water, where you can bathe on a sandbank. Ideal cottage for families with children, anglers and nature lovers. Firewood for the fire pit is included in the price. Remember to follow the authorities' instructions regarding burning fires. The house is a log cabin, and in winter you should be aware that it can be cold on the feet, so you should bring a pair of slippers or thick socks. However, there is a heat pump, underfloor heating in the bathroom and electric radiators in all rooms, so it is not a problem to heat the house. There is an electrically heated wilderness bath a little up the slope in the backyard, with a lovely view of the fjord. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to fill the tub with 1000 liters of water, and then 4-5 hours to heat it to 39 degrees. The cost of electricity and water for start-up is about DKK 350, and then approx. 60 DKK per day for electricity, if you remember to close the lid after use and only turn on the pump and heat one hour before you need to use it. The temperature is thermostat controlled, so you can also choose to let it run all the time, but it gives a greater consumption and the pump can be heard. You cannot heat the wilderness bath and charge an electric car at the same time. Please note that in the event of freezing weather or night frost in winter, the wilderness bath may unfortunately not be used. The house is equipped with a red CEE plug, so you can connect an electric car charger. If notified at least 2 weeks before arrival, I can ensure that there is access to a type 2 charging box with up to 11 kW charge. Electricity and water are billed separately at DKK 5.50/kWh and DKK 80/m3. This can be done through Airbnb after the end of the stay. The address is registered for a "green electricity" electricity subscription. The lawn is mowed approximately every two weeks, on different days, which must be accepted. The price for cleaning is DKK 650. Linen package can be rented for DKK 200 per person. Consisting of: Large and small towel, bed linen, dish towel and dishcloth. Note: No partying/smoking in the house. Smoking indoors will incur a cleaning fee of DKK 3,000 and expulsion from the house. Feel free to smoke outdoors, and any ashtray should also be kept outdoors. Of course, you are also welcome to celebrate events without loud music and noise. Not rented to youth groups (people under 26 years old), or groups only with men. Dogs are allowed, but not puppies. Guest access There is room for parking 2-3 cars in the driveway, and otherwise there is a parking space about 200 meters down the road. In addition, bus no. 05 runs from Holbæk Station with a bus stop at the Pizzeria in Kisserup, from where there is a good walk of 1.7 km/25 min. Other things to note To the northwest, there is a ditch with water and mud at the edge of the property. It is therefore important that small children are not allowed to walk around unattended. The wilderness bath is located up a steep slope in the backyard, with stairs and without railings, which is therefore not a safe playground for children.
