VILLA MangalBaali (2 to 12 pers)

Villa MangalBaali is a wonderful starting point for exploring Senegal. It is located in an oasis of peace, at the Nianing III residence, between the heart of the village of Nianing and the Atlantic Ocean. It is a unique place 100 km south of Dakar and a 15-minute walk from the ocean. With its lagoon view and pool, Villa MB is a haven of peace, comfortable and elegant. The space The villa has 4 bedrooms for 2 people: 3 bedrooms with a bed for 2 people and a bedroom for child(ren) with 2 beds for one person. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. There is a separate hut in the garden with a double bed and a bathroom as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds with a bathroom. We rent our villa from 2 people up to 12 people. We don't rent to one person. Other things to note INFORMATION AND USEFUL PROVISIONS FOR TENANTS 1. Awa takes care of the house. She does the cleaning and she can prepare food for you. The cleaning lady is mandatory and is paid: 5,000 CFA/day (= €8). She works every day except Sunday. The number of days she works follows the number of nights. If you agree with her to work on Sunday, the rate is 10,000 CFA (= €16). If you are more than 7 people and she has to clean and prepare food at the same time, she will take a second housekeeper to assist her. 2. Electricity charges are to be paid separately. You receive a free package for the first day. Awa takes care of the charges by Woyofal (150 CFA/kWh) the amount you want to pay. The pool is powered by solar panels. 3. A deposit of one hundred Euros (100 euros or 65,000 CFA francs) is to be paid upon check-in and will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found. 4. Barbecuing (BBQ) is only done in the presence of the housekeeper. 5. The gardener spends the morning taking care of the garden and pool. 6. Guests are not allowed for lunch, dinner, and even less to stay the night. The number of people present can never exceed the number of people in the reservation. 7. The tenant will respect the maximum number of people declared (max. 12 people). Any additional undeclared person will be charged 50 euro/person/night. (e.g. you declare to rent for 5 people but there are 9 of you, you will pay 4x50 = 200 euro per night extra). 8. The tenant will take care of the furniture and equipment according to their destination and will be responsible for damage and losses that may occur in the premises of which they have exclusive use. (the electric kettle is not used to heat milk) 9. If items listed in the inventory are broken or damaged, the landlord may claim their replacement value. 10. The tenant will use the rented villa peacefully. The tenant must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors and respect the rules of the residence. (noisy parties and other musical evenings are prohibited) 11. The tenant will not be able to exercise any recourse against the owner in case of theft and depredation in the rented premises. 12. The lessee may not object to a visit of the premises if the owner or their agent so requests. 13. No pets allowed in the villa (dogs, cats, and other domestic and non-domestic animals) 14. Organizing parties or events is prohibited. 15. Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms of the house. 16. Missing items will be reported to the police. 17. On the day of your arrival, you will receive bath towels and bed linen for the number of people booked in your reservation. Please note that you are requested to return all towels and bed linen on the day of your departure. We ask that you provide your own pool towels, thank you! 18. Guests must arrive between 7am and 10pm.
