Welcome to the Willow and Wagtail! We can host up to 4 in spacious luxury with everything you might need. Semi detached, Annexe, Two kingsize beds (one upstairs, one downstairs) Double sofa bed (Bedding on request) Large open-plan kitchen and living room 8 acres of garden Wood Burner Half an hours drive to Brighton 4.5 miles to shoreham-by-sea train station Downs Link (footpath access) Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Next to historic towns Bramber and Steyning 5min walk to local shop The space The Airbnb is built with reclaimed wood and we use eco friendly products. We run off solar and we have a veg patch . The house is semi detached and you will often see me pottering around the garden tending to it all. We don’t mind noise though and love it when people enjoy the garden (and all our hard work !) We have an air source heat pump that keeps the house at 19 degrees. There is a log burner and some wood is supplied, if you want more wood- it can be purchased at the local garage in the village. Guest access You are most welcome to enjoy our shared garden! Other things to note Bird watchers will love it here. We've had everything from Kingfishers to Little Owls!
