Apartment for quiet summer stays

Apartment of 65 square meters for four people, part of a small terraced complex, in the Turrati area of the Municipality of Soverato, 2 km from the center of Soverato. The space The apartment consists of an entrance-living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, a covered outdoor veranda, an independent terrace-garden, and a parking space in a private area. Fully furnished for four people. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided. Guest access The apartment has a terrace-garden of about 30 square meters to relax in the deck chairs provided and an outdoor covered veranda where you can place the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other things to note In the kitchen, there is no oven but a cooktop with four gas burners and a refrigerator with freezer. In the apartment there are two portable fans for the hottest evenings. Linen (sheets and towels) is not provided, there is no washing machine, otherwise the apartment is furnished and equipped with dishes and kitchen accessories.
