Lovely Apartment for two

The apartment accommodates two persons in one bedroom with one double bed,, and a toilet. There is one balcony in the bedroom with sea view. There is one air condition provided. Every our guest gets a welcome drink :-) Welcome!!! The space Apartment Vives is situated in the heart of nature and peace, far away from the crowd, just 3 minutes from the sea, with 1 balcony with a sea view. Apartment is fully equipped with extra microwave, kettle, air condition, tv, free wi-fi, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking place in a shadow of trees. Early in the morning with coffee you can enjoy beautiful sounds of various birds of Mediterranean nature, and sea view. Nearby the apartment you can enjoy the therapeutic mud in a cove ''Lokvisce''. Guest access There are two apartments on the first floor of the house, but there is one whole separate apartment for our guests where they can enjoy their full privacy. Other things to note -Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but you don't have to worry, there is a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy your cigarette. -As you can see, in our apartment you can enjoy beautiful sea view, thanks to the location of the house which is situated on the top of the street. Be aware of around 50 meters of uphill street to get to the apartment (going on foot or using a car). IMPORTANT: -The apartments are located in a natural environment, near a forest, which means that the presence of insects (e.g. ants, spiders, grasshoppers, mosquitoes, and similar) is possible, despite regular cleaning and maintenance of the property. Such occurrences are common for this area and are not considered a valid reason for refund or complaint. -Due to legal regulations and high fines for hosts, the stay of unregistered guests in the apartments or on the property. is not allowed.
