There is an additional event fee of 1500e The space On the main level, which is accessed right off of the outdoor pool deck, there is a beautiful open space where you will find: a dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a living room which boasts high ceilings, a comfortable sitting area, and a flat-screen mounted TV. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the main floor off of the dining and living room areas. Double door entrance to the sleeping areas allows for comfortable separation and privacy. Bathrooms on main level: one bathroom has a beautiful shower with modern, stylish decor and fixtures; second bathroom boasts similar style with a full bath/shower. Bedrooms on main level: one bedroom includes two twin beds and two large, open-cabinet closet spaces; two additional bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and in-wall cabinet and hanging closets - one of these bedrooms conveniently gives access straight to the outdoor deck area. On the lower level, you will find double doors leading to an “apartment-like" setting. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable lounging area with a couch and chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with it's own side-by-side, modern, and recently renovated bathrooms. One bedroom includes a queen size bed. The second bedroom had twin beds. We also ask that guests consult the property manager to ensure proper use of appliances and electronics. If you are unsure of how to use something, simply ask and help will be provided! Guests can relax on sunbeds by the outdoor swimming pool, set in a nicely furnished garden, which also features a covered cabana area which boasts a large granite dining table where guests can enjoy outdoor meals. For your convenience, the outdoor covered cabana area features all that you could possibly need. There is a beautiful, peaceful, lounging area with cushioned benches and a coffee table. There is also an enclosed fully-equipped kitchen. You will also find a cave-like bathroom space which includes all that a full bathroom would offer - toilet, shower, sink and mirror space, as well as a space to hang clothes or bathing suits. For your entertainment, the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by garden speakers and the cabana has surround sound speakers. Music can be played through the auxiliary cable, where you can play audio straight from your electronic device such as your iPhone, Android, computer, or mp3 player. We ask that you bring your own beach towels, as we do not supply. There is s washing machine available for use for guests that are staying 3 days or more. You are responsible for the detergent. We ask that the furniture inside the house not be rearranged or brought outdoors. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities listed.
