House with heated pool and stunning views of the bay

Nice house of 175 sqm with enclosed garden and cozy outdoor living room. The house has its own heated pool (29 degrees) of 4 x 8 meters. I come by every morning and make sure the chlorine levels are right. From the house, there are great views across the Aarhus Bay, and Aarhus C can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Rønde city, which has several grocery stores and cafes. Følle Strand is about 4 km away and suitable for children. The house is not rented to groups. The space The garden is furnished with a large terrace of approx. 120 sqm. and a grass area. There is also a buried trampoline in the garden, and a lot of toys can be found if you want. In the middle of the garden and surrounded by the terrace is the pool. This is heated to about 29 degrees and can therefore be used all summer and is also suitable for children. The pool is about 1.40 meters deep. The pool must be covered every evening to keep it warm and it is therefore required of the tenant that they pull the cover on. The house is bright and modern. There are many cozy corners both inside and outside the house. Other things to note Important: Consumption must be paid for. Electricity and water meters are therefore read before and after the stay. The cost of the consumption is settled directly with the landlord. Please note that as the pool is heated (air to water pump), electricity consumption is expected to be higher than in a regular house.
