It is a very special house, almost handmade with great effort and a lot of love. But IT IS NOT A HOTEL; it is a private home with its own characteristics and conditions, which do not always match those of a hotel!! Please make sure it meets your expectations. The space Cozy cottage of rustic stone and wood style, built on a limestone rock that is housed inside. Ideal to stay by the stove with a good book or a good conversation, as well as take great walks along the river canyon, observing vultures and other raptors. The house is ideal for those seeking solitude, looking to enjoy the quiet, and wanting to get away from technology to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. PAINTING WORKSHOP During the stay it is possible to carry out workshops of different painting techniques (on silk, canvas, acrylic on canvas, etc.) with prior notice. Workshops can be for all ages. They are usually about 2.5 hours and all the material is included. Check prices and schedules. Proposals for customized workshops are welcome. Guest access The house has a wood-burning stove as the only source of heat, which guests will need to know how to use. During the winter months, the necessary amount of firewood for normal use will be provided. If the guest makes excessive use, they will have to pay the extra amount required. It also has unlimited hot water. The house has grassy land and a porch with a table, chairs, and sun loungers to enjoy the good weather outdoors. The garden is not fenced. The car must be parked 50 meters from the house, although Teresa can bring your luggage almost to the door. Other things to note The house has limited solar energy equipment, so the use of electricity, especially in winter, should be moderate and responsible, especially on cloudy days and at night. Hair dryers, irons, computers, or any other appliance that requires a lot of watts to operate cannot be used. When in doubt, it's best to ASK BEFORE PLUGGING IN. Charging devices should preferably be done during the day. The house can only be used by guests who have booked the space. No visitors.
