A brand new holiday cottage suited in the heart of the glorious Kent Country side. The perfect spot for a relaxing, country getaway with your friends or family. The space Blackberry Cottage enjoyed a fabulous rural location in the heart of the Garden of England, making it perfect for those who are seeking to enjoy everything that the Kent countryside has to offer. On the outskirts of the village of Sutton Valence, the cottage is surrounded by fantastic country walks, welcoming country pubs and the priceless peace and quiet. Blackberry cottage is a brand new, purpose built holiday cottage. Undergoing huge renovation in early 2020, everything was designed to maximise the enjoyment and relaxation of our guests. A single story property comprising of three bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a main family bathroom and a large living space including a brand need kitchen with built in cooking facilities, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The inside of the property is well complimented by the unique outside view over one of the areas largest apple and pear orchards, a backdrop you would struggle to find any where else. With a secluded south facing patio seating area, overlooking the orchard, there is nowhere better to relish the evening sun whilst enjoying a relaxing drink or meal. The cottage is on the same grounds as our own competition stables, so if horses are your thing, they’re never too far away either. Close by, you will find the famous Leeds Castle as well as many other local, historic, national trust sites. On your way to visit these local attractions you will stumble over a few of the many fantastic local pubs and eateries in the area; ranging from traditional country pubs to modern restaurants. A little closer to home, at the end of our driveway you will find the opening onto as what feels like an infinite network or public footpaths and bridleways. These footpaths can take you through to heart of the country side to neighbouring villages such as, Chart Sutton, East Sutton, Staplehurst, Headcorn and many more further afield. We are dog friendly but we do ask that dogs remain on leads due to having horses close by.
