Casa da Colina is a romantic villa overlooking Carvoeiro beach in the Algarve, Portugal, with a large private swimming pool. With two bedrooms with a bathroom and two extra beds suitable for children, the house comfortably accommodates up to four adults and two children. With an outdoor kitchen, the villa is surrounded by a garden and pool area with a game room. Nearby there is a Tennis Club with 12 courts, two 18-hole golf courses and several extraordinary places to discover. The space Casa da Colina is a spacious villa with two large bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room, a service bathroom and a large outdoor kitchen. The villa is also equipped with two extra beds, suitable for children (EXTRA BEDS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS). The villa is surrounded by a large garden, which includes a wonderful swimming pool and game room. The private gardens include a large patio area with a small children's pool, from which the water cascades into the main pool, measuring ten meters long by five meters wide. It also includes a covered game room with a pool table and darts, sun loungers, parasols, chairs, tables and beach towels. In front of Casa da Colina, a 1-minute walk away, is the Carvoeiro Tennis Club with 12 courts, a swimming pool, gym, hairdresser and restaurant. Nearby (5 to 10 minutes by car) are wonderful beaches, 2 18-hole golf courses and much more. Both bedrooms have electric fans and electric blinds. 1 bedroom has an air conditioning unit, as does the living room (optional €6.50 per day per unit). Guests can use the outdoor kitchen with a double stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, citrus juicer, outdoor dining area and barbecue. There is an outdoor game room with a billiard table and dartboard. Family games and books are also available. The pool has a children's pool.
