Claremont Coach House - very private

Coach House You can enjoy our Coach House all to yourselves as it has its own courtyard garden/parking spaces and entrance, so you'll have complete privacy. This self-contained, comfy and cosy space has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and living room. It is nestled in one of the most beautiful wooded parts of Surrey. A country pub, restaurant/bar, Frensham Little Pond and Hankley Golf Club are moments away. The space I always leave/tea/coffee/milk/something for breakfast ie croissants/bread for toast. You will have access to Sky TV and lots of board games and DVD's to choose from too. I do have two single futon mattresses which can be used for children. These can go on the sitting or bedroom floor. Guest access You will have your own safe parking space for 2 cars. Other things to note Children are welcome but they will not have a dedicated bedroom. I offer two single futons with bedding which can be used in the bedroom or sitting room area. French and German are spoken. Check out time is 10.30am please.
