Bright double room near Huddersfield Uni

A full size double bedroom at the front of the house, with views across town. This is a a very quiet residential area 20 mins walk from Huddersfield town centre and the University. Please note, being Yorkshire it is hilly! The bathroom is shared with me, with full access to kitchen, conservatory and garden. The space Double bedroom has plenty of drawer space and hangers, and a small desk. Feel free to peruse the bookshelves! Shared bathroom with shower over the bath. The kitchen opens onto the conservatory, which has comfy seating and a dining table. There is also seating on the patio, and the private garden has grass and borders, with woods behind. There's room to park on the drive. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen to make drinks, heat food in the microwave, and store food in the fridge, but not to cook. There is a dining table and comfortable seating in the conservatory, and guests can sit on the patio. The living room is my private space. You can park on the drive. During your stay I'm retired so I'm in and out during the day, often around in the evening. I've lived in Huddersfield for over 40 years so I know the area. Please do say hello and goodbye. Other things to note I can provide a light breakfast, cereal, fruit, toast, tea or coffee. My cat Bella shares the house with me.
