A country house is provided for rent. It’s a maisonette which includes 2 bedrooms (that can accommodate a maximum number of 4 persons), a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner and iron with an ironing board are provided, as well as a seating area (which includes a bed couch, available for two more people to sleep), a dining area, a TV + DVD player, a stereo and a bathroom with a shower. Towels, bed linen and quilts are available as well as laundry and dishwasher detergents. Pets are only allowed outdoors. The house is located on a hill with unlimited sea view, lots of green, on a plot of 6 sq. m Parking area is also available. The house is a 5-minute drive from the beach of Neoi Poroi, with its green and thermal sea water, and 7 minutes from the cosmopolitan Platamonas and its historic castle. Also a bit further away, there are other cosmopolitan beaches with blue waters and hot sand. Charge: 1,200 euros per month or 3,000 euros for season reservation (June to September) NOTE: The owner reserves the right to visit the house and check for any problems once in two weeks.
