Latham Hall Farmhouse, Ashbourne

Latham Hall is a large 19th century farmhouse located near the hamlet of Calton on the South West edge of the Peak District National Park, close to Dovedale, Ilam and the Manifold Valley. The possibilities for walking and cycling in this area are magnificent. The farmhouse stands a few hundred yards from the main Leek - Ashbourne road, the A52, so is easily accessible, yet it is also close to many of the main attractions of the area. The space Latham Hall comfortably accommodates for up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms and is perfect for providing a relaxed environment for friend and family getaways. Our farmhouse is fully equipped for all of your self catering needs, with all cooking utensils/pots/pans for creating group meals during your stay. After a day of exploring our countryside and surrounding attractions you can return to the farmhouse to relax, enjoy the log fire, play games in our games room or large garden area. Latham Hall is graded 4 stars by Enjoy England and we have been awarded the 'Walkers Welcome' badge. The land surrounding the house is farmed by our family, and usually occupied by sheep and their lambs, which is a welcoming sight to see! The house is well equipped with the addition of spacious parking on a private yard and a large garden. Guest access The guests have use of all of the farmhouse plus patio/garden, yard and games room.
