A fabulous stand-alone air-conditioned room with ensuite bathroom and private front door, ideal if you want a room only and to eat out or booking alongside our main self- catering apartments for extra friends & family. French windows look onto the personal patio with chairs and stunning sea and countryside views towards Tennyson Down and the Needles. The space Arriving, you have ample choice of free parking in our landscaped gravel car park before entering your apartment via its private front door from our courtyard with peaceful illuminated water garden and pond. The room is within a complex of four apartments and is self contained with its own private front door, and is ideal for people wanting an additional bedroom if they are renting one of the other full self-catering apartments, or for people who wish to eat their meals out. The bathroom is ensuite and includes a full size bath with powerful shower, heated towel rail and hair dryer. The room features a 49" HD satellite/internet connected TV which has hundreds of Freesat channels and using the Smart TV features you can also use catchup-services such as BBC iPlayer and use streaming services including YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Paramount and AppleTV (your own account(s) required). A Blu-ray player is also provided and DVD and Blu-ray discs are available in a library housed in the Gym. There is even a handy remote HDMI and USB socket to make it easy to connect your own devices to the TV. To wake you up in time to make the most of your day there is a DAB/FM radio/alarm clock. There is free Internet connectivity provided via high performance WiFi access available throughout the entire property. For additional security there is a safe which is large enough to accommodate most laptops. This room includes beverage making facilities with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits at the start of your stay. Minibar style fridge and Nespresso machine. It does NOT have full self-catering facilities. Guest access This room is part of an apartment complex and you have full access to ample parking, personal patio with stunning views, the shared courtyard/water-garden with pond and seating, gym, sauna and lawns and from spring through autumn the paddock including box of lawn games including croquet, cricket and frisbee, as well as balls of all shapes and sizes. During your stay Access is via key safe, though we also live on site and engage a management company to assist with any queries or problems, and are available ourselves most of the time in case of emergency. We give guests their own space but if you want to say "hi" when you arrive we will be happy to show you to the room personally. Other things to note IMPORTANT: this room has no self-catering facilities beyond a kettle and minibar style fridge - intended for people that want to eat out or have friends/family staying in our adjacent self-catering apartments. When you book with us we can usually provide discount links that typically give 25% discount on your ferry crossing with a vehicle and up to 6 people to the the Isle of Wight. The bed may be configured as two single beds providing that this request is made at time of booking and at least 10 working days ahead of your stay (£49 surcharge applies to cover the work involved in reconfiguring the room for you and back again after your stay). Some Amenities, notably for toddlers/babies, such as travel cot if required should be requested ahead of the stay as they are not stored in the apartment.
