You will stay in a historic building that is situated in the beautiful town of Volosko, an ancient part of Opatija. Your apartment is situated second row to the sea, only a few steps from a refreshing bath. The core assest of your stay is our huge, approx. 80 sqm large sun terrace with a marvellous view of the sea. The luxurious apartment with three large bedrooms leaves nothing to be desired. We renovated it for you at the end of 2018 and completely refurbished it with designer furniture. The space The apartment itself is a beautiful old building apartment from the year 1910. It was renovated in 2018 and equipped with new designer furniture. We have three spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, one of the bedrooms can be converted into a four-bed room. There is also a baby cot available. The living room is very spacious. The ceiling is high and you can see the sea from every room. Directly from the living room you reach the open kitchen with the dining room. The apartment is located on the first floor above the Evergreen Restaurant, which serves hot lunches and dinners. If you are in the apartment or on the terrace, you won't notice much about the restaurant. There are children's toys in the apartment. This could be a nice surprise for your kids when they arrive. Guest access You have access to all rooms. All rooms are at your disposal. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen with dining room, the living room as well as our grandiose sun terrace.
